Refund policy

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return any items (excluding sale items) to LUNES within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Please email info@lunesparis.com to request a return and confirm the reason. Once your return is approved, please send the item back to:

The shipping cost and any duties for the return must be covered by the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt and tracking details, as LUNES FASHION DESIGN is not responsible for returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all original tags still attached. Any items returned damaged, used, or in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange, provided everything meets our return conditions. Refunds are typically processed within 7 days of receipt.

We review each return individually and always do our best to accommodate our customers. Our email is monitored Monday to Friday, 10AM–4PM GST.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and the outcome of your refund review.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:
A 6% operational fee will be deducted from all refunds. This covers non-refundable transaction charges incurred through our service providers (e.g. Shopify, Stripe).

Shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Refunds typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded. Discount codes (including newsletter sign-up codes) do not classify an item as on sale. However, they may not be combined with other offers or used on already discounted items.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please email us at info@lunesparis.com to explain the issue and confirm the return. Once approved, send the item back to:
