Keep the tape straight across your back and levelled to the floor.

WAIST
Standing up, measure around your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your waistline.

LARGE HIPS
Stand with your legs and feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is why we call them large hips, because they are at the fullest part of your bottom.
They are approximately 20 cm / 8 inches below your waistline.
